Get ready for a night of fun, food, and celebration starting after graduation on Monday, May 19, and continuing through the night. The destination is a surprise! This page includes the party timeline, details, and answers to common questions.
Event Schedule & Important Details
Monday, May 19
8:00 am – Senior Breakfast (at NPC Cafeteria) - Celebrate with your Senior at this special breakfast for students and parents.
➤ Important: Seniors will change clothes immediately after graduation, but they’ll also need to bring additional items (listed below) in a small disposable bag to the breakfast. These will be transferred into a provided drawstring bag for use at the party. No other bags are allowed.7:00 pm – Graduation at Calvary Church
Please take photos before graduation as afterward students have 10 minutes to change and hand off their graduation clothes before boarding transportation.8:15 – 8:30 pm – Check-in & Board Transportation
Phones will be collected at this time and returned the next morning. A meal and drink will be provided on the bus.
Tuesday, May 20
3:45 – 4:00 am – Pickup at NPC
➤ Reminder: Students must be picked up by a parent or guardian. They are not allowed to drive themselves home.
When students return to NPC, Mr. Bell will lead a brief 15-minute send-off in the NPC parking lot to close out this memorable night. Parents are warmly invited to join us for this final celebration moment!
What to Pack:
Bring to Senior Breakfast in a small disposable bag:
Sweatshirt or jacket (suitable for outdoor activities)
Swimsuit (suitable for water activities)
Flip flops or slides
Parent volunteers will place these items into a labeled drawstring bag that will be waiting at the party venue.
Provided at the Venue:
Personal care items like deodorant, gum/mints, Ibuprofen/Tylenol and feminine hygiene products
Please do not bring:
Valuables (jewelry, expensive shoes/clothes)
Cash or spending money (everything is covered)
Electronics (phones, Apple Watch, tablets, etc.)
Blankets, pillows, or extra bags

Nope—and that’s on purpose! We want seniors to enjoy their big night distraction-free. Phones will be safely held during the party and returned in the morning.

No. All students will travel to the party in designated transportation vehicles. Parents volunteering will drive separately to the venue. Graduates are not permitted to ride with their parents.

Yes, students may leave their cars at NorthPointe, but arrangements should be made to remove them on the same day.

Yes, there will be gluten-free and dairy-free options. Let us know if you have specific concerns.

Students can bring EpiPens, inhalers, or insulin but must show them at check-in. Minor pain relief (Ibuprofen/Tylenol) will be provided.

Yes, the venue will have staff and security. Parent volunteers will also be present to monitor exits and circulate throughout the facility.

The cost to attend the party is $150, which covers everything: transportation, food, snacks, and activities. Students do not need any spending money.

The event is funded through parent donations, local corporate sponsorships, and fundraisers like our Holiday Pie Sale. These contributions cover the costs of the venue, transportation, food, snacks, and entertainment.
